well i was traveling down the street and a guy had DWC tatooed to his bum and i said woah thats sick then went here for no reason

Well sir, first of all Welcome
Points are to Purchase these priveleges, like Avatar, Sig, and Rank (Title) you can also purchase other effects like a custom title and colors for your name and shadow and glow and crap, but you purchase those with points, to purchase just click Content in the header, then Shop, then Effects, then you'll be good to go, and everytime you post you get 5 points, every tiem you open a topic, you get 10 points, hope that helps
